Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Once an order is placed online we can't process a cancellation or a refund for change of mind..
We will offer a return or refund for a defective product. Please email photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receipt to hello@byoclutch.com. Any claims outside of the 3 day period will not be considered.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@byoclutch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return parcel. BYO Clutch will not be liable for any items you return to us that get lost or damaged in transit. If you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs are not recoverable. We recommend you use a tracked postal service.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we only offer exchanges on defective or damaged items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
